First Press – Chardonnay Juice
Premium Gisborne Chardonnay harvested in optimum conditions, hand-picked and lightly bunch pressed. Showing sun-ripened stone-fruit character and delicate floral aromas. Full of summer ripeness, this juice is a satisfying balance of natural sweetness and acidity.
 
First Press – Gewurztraminer Juice
Wonderfully aromatic juice bursting with aromas of Turkish Delight and lychees. 100% Gisborne grapes, harvested at optimum ripeness, then lightly pressed and racked to produce a full-flavoured juice full of the sun-ripened sweetness of the East Coast Summer. 
 
First Press – Rosé Juice
Harvested in late summer, this Gisborne Syrah Rosé was produced using the Saignée method, where this method of bleeding the rose-coloured wine from the black skins by happy coincidence results in both this lightly coloured, intensely flavoured juice, and a concentrated Syrah wine (but that’s another story…). Once drained, the clarified free-run juice is bottled. Displaying ripe currant and boysenberry flavours, this juice is balanced by a fine thread of tannin.
 

First Press - Merlot Juice

East Coast Styles – this Tolaga Bay sourced Merlot juice was left in contact with its black skins to extract flavour and colour. Displays plummy aromas and mouth-watering sweetness tempered with a crisp finish.
